The Menaggio & Cadenabbia Golf Club is the second oldest Golf Club in Italy and was founded by a group of English Gentlemen in 1907: in fact, the Club can be said to be permeated by a clear British atmosphere that still reigns supreme both on the course and in the rooms of the Club dotted with fine period prints.

The pride of the Club is the spectacular view of Lake Como that can be enjoyed from the Club House and from some holes. The elevated position of the 18 holes allows players to capture the beautiful scenery of the lake, the foothills of the Alps and the surrounding villages. Menaggio is a mountain course characterized by uphill and downhill holes: players must be very careful and precise along the fairways. This is why since January 10, 1907, the day the Club was inaugurated, the motto has been “Far and Sure”.

The Library represents the pride of the Club, as it preserves golf knowledge and the historical memory of golf. It is unanimously considered one of the most valuable archives of golf publications in the world.
The Club offers the possibility to host “Incentives” with golf lessons, snacks, lunch and dinner at the Club Restaurant, practice at the driving range and putting green and, if necessary, the library can accommodate groups of up to 30 people.
